Returns Policy
You may return the product to us for the following reasons:
If the product is defective, depending on the nature of the defect, we may repair, replace, or refund the item.
You are required to return the product via shipping or mail:
All return shipping costs must be prepaid. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments.
You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product until it reaches us. We strongly recommend insuring the returned product during transit to prevent loss. You must include a copy of the shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package and send the return package to: Room 502, Building 29, Dongzhi Road, Lv Yi Ju East District, Heyedi Street, Shushan District, Hefei City, Anhui Province, China.
Unless the item is defective, we will not refund or reimburse you for any costs incurred in returning the item, including any shipping or insurance fees.
We will refund the payment in the same manner as your initial purchase. The refund will be credited only to the debit card/credit card or financial account you used for the initial purchase. Therefore, if you are returning a gift, please be mindful of this.
If you change your mind for any reason and do not wish to purchase any eligible item, we will be happy to refund the purchase price, provided that:

“Brand-new” means the product must be unworn; the product must be in perfect condition, with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. The determination of whether the product meets the “brand-new” definition is at our discretion.
